Details: The Consular Section assists American citizens with federal benefits, notarial services, and in emergency situations (death, serious illness, missing persons and arrests). The Section maintains current information from Department of State on entry requirements and travel advisories for all countries. The Consular Section has also a supply of federal tax forms,information on voting overseas, and draft registration forms.
